# Delivery Information

## Delivery Zones & Fees

**Primary Delivery Zone (0-6 miles)**
- Delivery Fee: $15

**Extended Delivery Zone (6-12 miles)**
- Delivery Fee: $20

**Premium Delivery Zone (12-18 miles)**
- Delivery Fee: $25

Delivery is not available beyond 18 miles from our shop.

## Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

## Delivery Times

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday.

**Please note:** We're sorry but at this time deliveries for a specific time of day cannot be guaranteed. For those special occasions or situations where you need to have an arrangement delivered at a specific time of day, please proceed with your online order then call us directly at 951-693-5700 to discuss how we can accommodate your request. Thank you!

## Holidays

We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Orders for these dates cannot be accepted. For major floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please order early as delivery times may be limited.

## Delivery Instructions

Please provide accurate delivery address and phone number. If the recipient is not available, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location if possible, or contact the phone number provided.

## Local Pickup

Local pickup is available during our business hours at no charge. Orders are typically ready for pickup 2-4 hours after placing.
